Where every pound goes
Each member has one club account. Top ups, court fees, bar sales and card payments all post to it automatically, so there's nothing to chase or retype.

Members top up
Members top up their club account in the app with a saved card, or at the bar. Auto top up refills it from their card whenever the balance runs low.

Booking checks
Members in arrears can't book until they top up. Clubs can also require a card on file or an opening top up before a member's first booking.

Court fees split automatically
After each session, court fees are split between the players and charged to each account at their own membership price. Visitor fees go to the booker, and light fees are charged by the minute.

Bar sales post to the same account
EPOS Now till sales and top ups flow into the member's club account, with your EPOS Now member discount applied at the till.

Card payments pay out to your club
Card payments go straight into your club's own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule. Where ManageMyMatch holds funds for a club, payouts follow after three business days.

Reconcile from reports
Check live balances and failed payments, then export the month's transactions as CSV for your accounts.

One account, from court to bar
- Members on your till
- Every member is set up as an EPOS Now customer automatically. At the bar they tap their RFID fob or show the QR code in the app, under Scan for bar purchases, and the till recognises them and applies their member discount.
- Sales flow back
- Bar sales and top ups taken at the till appear on the member's ManageMyMatch account, and the member is notified.
- Credit limits
- Members can't run up a bar tab by default. Officials can set a credit limit for individual members when it makes sense.
- Team and group wallets
- League squads and coaching programmes have their own balances, so match fees and court costs settle from the team wallet and captains never pay out of their own pocket.
